The family of the deceased maintained it was impossible for Tamati to access Kate’s room, kill her then jump from the eighth floor without breaking his legs or head.

The postmortem results showed he broke a few ribs on one side, there are bruises on his left midriff. It also revealed he had a blunt trauma in the back of his head.

I may not have a medical background but I want to be shown examples of people who jumped from the eighth floor, hit the ground and then sustained such minor injuries. Something is not adding up,” he remarked.
