Early bird

The WCB head honcho, arguably the most successful musician in East Africa at the moment, divulged that he is a morning person.

He shared a series of posts on his Instagram stories on Tuesday, November 23, depicting him up at three in the morning.

Diamond was seen exiting his multimillion mansion in Mbezi Beach and, in the process, recorded an armed police officer guarding the residence.

“It’s 3 am and I am already up. This is our time. Going straight to the gym, you know how we do,” he said in the clip.

After the gym, Diamond had a meal before going to his home studio at 5 am where his producer was waiting.

The singer then shared another video at six in the morning, just as the sun was rising.

“You think it’s easy being me?” he captioned the clip.

Harmonize lashes out at Diamond

Diamond’s former WCB signee Harmonize recently gave an explosive interview to the press soon after landing from the US.

Harmonize sought to clear his name in the lengthy presser, saying Diamond was paying people to write stories painting him in a bad light.

On his exit from WCB, Harmonize said he felt maligned by the management and efforts to address the matter amicably fell on deaf ears.

Mama Dangote

The Kainama hitmaker said things got so bad that he sought the intervention of several people, including Mama Dangote.

“All I wanted was peace. So I followed Mama Dangote and told her Diamond and I were like brothers, and we had come from far and helped each other in many ways. I just wanted to make him proud that he helped make me succeed,” he said.

However, according to the singer, Diamond’s mother had something else in mind.

“While I was confiding in her, she was scheming on me. Her mentality was that my aim was to be bigger than her son,” he said.
